Hybrid Vehicle
A hybrid vehicle combines a traditional gasoline engine with an electric motor and a battery. This setup allows the car to use electric power for certain driving conditions, reducing fuel consumption and emissions. The electric motor assists the engine during acceleration or climbing hills, and the battery recharges through regenerative braking, capturing energy usually lost during braking. Hybrids can operate on just the electric motor, the gasoline engine, or both, making them more efficient than conventional cars. They offer a balance of improved fuel economy and lower environmental impact without needing to plug in for charging.
