hybrid powertrains

Hybrid powertrains combine a traditional internal combustion engine with an electric motor and battery. This setup allows the vehicle to switch between or simultaneously use both power sources, optimizing fuel efficiency and reducing emissions. The electric motor can assist during acceleration, power the car at low speeds, or recover energy during braking (regenerative braking). Hybrids don’t need to be plugged in; they recharge through the engine and braking. This technology improves fuel economy without sacrificing performance, making vehicles more environmentally friendly and cost-effective over time.
