Humidity
Humidity is the amount of moisture or water vapor present in the air. It’s usually expressed as a percentage called relative humidity, which compares the current amount of moisture in the air to the maximum amount the air can hold at a given temperature. When humidity is high, the air feels damp and can make hot days feel more uncomfortable; when it’s low, the air feels dry. Humidity affects weather, comfort, and even how well we can breathe or how furniture and plants are affected by moisture levels.
