Humid environments have high moisture levels in the air, making them feel damp or sticky, often supporting lush plant life and abundant water sources. Examples include rainforests and coastal regions. Arid environments, on the other hand, have very low humidity, resulting in dry, often dusty conditions with scarce water. Deserts are typical arid areas, featuring limited vegetation and extreme temperature fluctuations.
