Hudson's Law

Hudson’s Law states that in many organizations, the effectiveness of a system or process is often limited by its weakest part. Essentially, no matter how well the rest of the system performs, the overall success is constrained by the slowest or least efficient component. In practice, improving overall performance requires identifying and strengthening that bottleneck. This principle encourages focusing on weak links to optimize efficiency and achieve better results across the entire system.
