HUBZone Program

The HUBZone Program, run by the U.S. Small Business Administration, helps small businesses in historically underused business zones, known as HUBZones. It encourages economic growth by providing these businesses with access to federal contracting opportunities. To qualify, a business must be located in a designated hubzone, be owned and controlled by U.S. citizens, and meet size standards. The program aims to promote employment and development in underserved communities while offering participating firms added opportunities to compete for government contracts, helping stimulate local economies and support small businesses.
