Hospitallers (Knights Hospitaller)

The Knights Hospitaller, officially known as the Order of St. John, was a medieval Catholic military order founded in the 11th century. Initially established to provide care for sick and injured pilgrims in Jerusalem, the order evolved into a military force during the Crusades, protecting Christian territories and fighting against Muslim forces.
