Hook and loop fasteners

Hook and loop fasteners are a type of fastening system consisting of two complementary fabric strips. One strip has tiny hooks, and the other has softer loops. When pressed together, the hooks catch in the loops, creating a secure bond. To open, you simply peel the strips apart. This mechanism allows for quick, repeated attachment and detachment without tools or sewing.
