Homeowners Association

A Homeowners Association (HOA) is an organization formed by residents of a neighborhood or community to manage shared spaces and enforce community rules. It typically collects dues from members to maintain amenities like parks, pools, or landscaping, and ensures that residents follow agreed-upon standards to preserve property values. Membership usually comes automatically when purchasing a home in the area, and the HOA’s rules are outlined in a covenant agreement. While it provides benefits like maintained common areas, members are also expected to abide by the association’s regulations.
