Holocaust deniability refers to the act of denying or minimizing the historical fact that mass killings of millions of Jews and others occurred during World War II, specifically the Holocaust. People engaging in this often question or dismiss well-documented evidence, including survivor testimonies, photographs, wartime records, and scholarly research. Such denial can stem from ideological motives, misinformation, or attempts to undermine the suffering of victims. It is widely regarded as a form of historical revisionism rooted in prejudice, and it dismisses the overwhelming evidence confirming the Holocaust’s reality.
