Historical negationism

Historical negationism is the deliberate distortion or denial of established facts about historical events. It often involves dismissing or minimizing well-documented evidence to serve particular ideological, political, or personal agendas. This practice can distort public understanding, undermine historical truth, and sometimes justify harmful actions or ideologies.
