Henri Toivonen

Henri Toivonen was a talented Finnish rally driver known for his skill and daring driving style. He competed in the World Rally Championship during the early 1980s and was considered one of the sport’s most promising talents. Tragically, he died in a crash during the 1986 Tour de Corse rally in France at age 29, when his car flipped and burst into flames. His death led to significant safety improvements in rally racing.
