Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad
Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (1835–1908) was the founder of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, a movement within Islam. He claimed to be the promised Messiah and Mahdi, sent to revive and interpret Islam in the modern era. His teachings emphasize the unity of God, peace, and the importance of rational understanding of faith. Ahmad encouraged religious tolerance, scientific inquiry, and social reform. His followers believe he fulfilled messianic prophecies, providing spiritual guidance and promoting harmony among diverse communities. While his claims are viewed differently within the broader Muslim world, his impact has been significant in promoting interfaith dialogue and reform.
