
Hasdrubal
Hasdrubal was a Carthaginian general and statesman during the Second Punic War (218–201 BC). He was known for his military leadership, particularly in Spain, and was the brother of the famous Hannibal. Hasdrubal played a key role in organizing Carthaginian efforts against Rome, aiming to support his brother's campaigns in Italy. His strategic skills and commitments to Carthage marked him as an important figure in ancient warfare, though his military career ended with his defeat and death in 207 BC.
