Harvard Model Congress

Harvard Model Congress is an educational program that simulates the functioning of the U.S. Congress and government. Participants, usually students, take on roles as lawmakers, officials, or advocates to debate policies, craft legislation, and understand the legislative process firsthand. Through mock sessions, discussions, and committee work, attendees gain insight into how policies are made, the importance of negotiation, and the intricacies of governance.
