Harvard Corporation

The Harvard Corporation is the main governing board of Harvard University, responsible for overseeing the institution’s overall direction, financial health, and policies. It consists of a small group of trustees who make high-level decisions, such as investments, strategic planning, and ensuring the university's mission is upheld. Along with Harvard's other governing body, the Board of Overseers, the Corporation helps guide the university's long-term success, academic standards, and reputation.
