Hario Syphon
The Hario Syphon is a coffee brewing device that uses vapor pressure and vacuum to produce a clean, flavorful cup. It consists of two glass chambers connected by a tube: water is heated in the lower chamber, creating vapor that forces the water up into the upper chamber with coffee grounds. After steeping, removing heat causes the brewed coffee to be pulled back into the lower chamber via vacuum, leaving the grounds behind. This method offers precise control over brewing time and temperature, resulting in a smooth, aromatic coffee with clarity of flavor.
