happiness vs. freedom
Happiness refers to a sense of well-being, satisfaction, or joy, often connected to positive emotions and life fulfillment. Freedom, on the other hand, is the ability to make choices without undue restraint or coercion, allowing individuals to pursue their desires and goals. While freedom provides the opportunity to seek happiness, it doesn't guarantee it—people can have freedom but still feel unfulfilled, or find happiness despite limitations. Conversely, reducing certain restrictions can enhance both freedom and happiness by creating an environment where choices feel meaningful and life feels more satisfying.
