Halogen lamps

Halogen lamps are a type of incandescent lighting that uses a small amount of halogen gas (such as iodine or bromine) inside the bulb. When the lamp is turned on, electricity heats a tungsten filament, producing light. The halogen gas reacts with tungsten vapor, redepositing it onto the filament, which allows the lamp to operate at higher temperatures and produce brighter, more consistent light with better energy efficiency. They are known for their bright, white light, compact size, and durability, making them popular for accent lighting, projectors, and automotive headlights.
