H.E.H. Nizam VII
H.E.H. Nizam VII was the last reigning ruler of the princely state of Hyderabad in India, serving from 1967 to 1971. As a monarch, he held a ceremonial position, symbolizing historical tradition and cultural identity, although political power was exercised by the Indian government after Hyderabad’s integration into India in 1948. The Nizam was known for his wealth, philanthropy, and efforts to modernize parts of Hyderabad. His reign marked the end of the Nizam's rule, and he played a significant role in the region's transition from princely state to part of the Indian republic.
