Gurudwaras

Gurudwaras are places of worship and community gathering for Sikhs, centered around the teachings of Guru Nanak and other Sikh Gurus. They serve as spiritual hubs where believers engage in prayer, meditation, and reflection. The most prominent feature is the Guru Granth Sahib, the holy scripture. Gurudwaras also emphasize service, equality, and community, often providing free meals called langar to all visitors. They are open to everyone, regardless of background, and foster a sense of unity, dignity, and devotion within the Sikh faith.
