They believe that workplaces should be managed democratically by workers and their communities, emphasizing cooperation, skilled craftsmanship, and social well-being. Their goal is to create a fair, just economy where workers share in decision-making, fostering without dissolving the existing social structures, while transforming the economy into a more equitable system rooted in democratic control at the local and industry levels.
