Guerrilla warfare concepts
Guerrilla warfare is a form of irregular combat where smaller, typically less-equipped forces use surprise, mobility, and knowledge of the terrain to challenge a larger, conventional enemy. Instead of direct confrontations, guerrillas carry out hit-and-run attacks, ambushes, and sabotage to weaken the opponent’s resources and morale. This strategy relies on flexibility, patience, and local support, aiming to make the cost of occupying and controlling territory too high for the larger force. It’s often used by insurgents or resistance groups fighting against stronger, established armies or occupying forces.
