Group Narrative Therapy
Group Narrative Therapy is a counseling approach where individuals, together with others, explore and reshape the stories they tell about their lives. It emphasizes that our identities are shaped by these stories, which can sometimes be limiting or problematic. Through shared dialogue and reflection, participants identify external influences and dominant narratives, then collaboratively re-author their stories to reflect preferred meanings and empower positive change. This group setting fosters mutual support, validation, and new perspectives, helping each person develop a more empowering and coherent sense of self.
