Group Boycotts

Group boycotts occur when multiple businesses agree not to work with or do business with a particular individual or company to exclude them from the market or harm their ability to compete. This collusion can undermine fair competition, restrict consumer choices, and manipulate market conditions. Such agreements are often considered illegal under antitrust laws because they can lead to monopolistic practices and stifle healthy competition, ultimately harming the economy and consumers.
