Green Cards through Investment

A Green Card through investment, often referred to as the EB-5 Visa, allows foreign investors to obtain U.S. permanent residency by investing a significant amount—typically $1 million or $500,000 in targeted areas—into a new business that creates at least 10 jobs for U.S. workers. This program aims to stimulate the economy by encouraging foreign investment. Once the investment criteria are met, the investor and their immediate family can apply for a Green Card, granting them the right to live, work, and study in the U.S. permanently.
