
Greco (Group of States Against Corruption)
GRECO, or the Group of States Against Corruption, is a Council of Europe initiative that promotes anti-corruption efforts among its member countries. It assesses national measures to prevent corruption in public administration, political life, and the judiciary. GRECO conducts peer reviews, offers recommendations, and monitors progress, encouraging transparency, integrity, and accountability. Its goal is to strengthen the rule of law and promote good governance across member states through cooperation, shared expertise, and adherence to international standards against corruption.
