Grantmaker
A grantmaker is an organization, often a foundation, corporation, or government agency, that provides funding to support projects, initiatives, or organizations aligned with their goals or interests. They do not usually manage or run the programs themselves; instead, they give financial resources to help others deliver services, carry out research, or promote the arts, education, or community development. Grantmakers evaluate proposals to ensure funds are used effectively and align with their mission. Essentially, they serve as catalysts for positive change by investing in efforts that benefit society.
