Granadain War

The Granada War (1482–1492) was a conflict in which the Catholic Monarchs of Spain, Ferdinand and Isabella, fought to conquer the Emirate of Granada, the last Muslim-held territory on the Iberian Peninsula. The war ended with the surrender of Granada, unifying Spain under Christian rule and completing the reconquest of the Iberian lands from Muslim control. This victory also led to increased Christian influence, the expulsion of Muslims and Jews, and significant cultural and political changes in Spain.
