GRACE Score

The GRACE (Global Registry of Acute Coronary Events) Score is a tool used by healthcare providers to estimate a patient’s risk of serious complications, like death or a recurring heart attack, after experiencing a heart attack or chest pain. It considers factors such as age, vital signs, medication use, and the results of blood tests and heart monitoring. The score helps doctors decide on the best treatment approach and the level of care needed, aiming to improve patient outcomes by identifying those at higher risk who may require more aggressive treatment.
