The GRACE (Global Registry of Acute Coronary Events) Score is a tool used by healthcare providers to estimate a patient’s risk of serious complications, like death or a recurring heart attack, after experiencing a heart attack or chest pain. It considers factors such as age, vital signs, medication use, and the results of blood tests and heart monitoring.
