Government of Czech Republic
The Government of the Czech Republic is the chief executive authority responsible for running the country. It is led by the Prime Minister and includes various ministries that manage areas like health, education, transportation, and finance. The government develops and implements policies, proposes laws, and oversees public administration. It functions within a parliamentary system, meaning it is accountable to the elected Parliament (the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate). The President, as head of state, plays a largely ceremonial role but also has some constitutional powers, such as appointing the Prime Minister and approving legislation.
