Gospel writers

The Gospel writers are the authors of the four main accounts of Jesus Christ’s life and teachings in the New Testament: Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. Each offers a unique perspective—some focusing on Jesus’ actions, others on his teachings or divine nature—aimed at different audiences. Together, their writings form foundational texts for Christianity, providing interpretations of his life, death, and resurrection to inspire faith and understanding. While they wrote independently, their combined narratives offer a rich, multi-faceted picture of Jesus’ impact and message.
