Golfers' Elbow

Golfers' elbow, medically known as medial epicondylitis, is an injury caused by repetitive stress or overuse of the forearm muscles involved in wrist and finger movement. It results in pain and tenderness on the inner side of the elbow, often worsened by gripping or wrist movements. Common among golfers, but also affecting tennis players, carpenters, and others performing repetitive arm actions. The condition involves inflammation or small tears in the tendons attaching the forearm muscles to the elbow. Rest, ice, stretching, and physical therapy typically help, though severe cases may require medical intervention.
