Globular Cluster
A globular cluster is a spherical collection of thousands to millions of stars tightly bound together by gravity. These clusters are among the oldest objects in the universe, often found in the outer regions of galaxies. The stars within a globular cluster are densely packed at the center and spread out toward the edges. They share a common origin, formed around the same time, and provide valuable insights into the early history of galaxies. Because of their age and structure, globular clusters are important for studying stellar evolution and the history of our universe.
