Global Development Index

The Global Development Index, often called the Human Development Index (HDI), is a tool that measures a country's overall progress in health, education, and income. It combines data like life expectancy, years of schooling, and income levels to provide a single score. This score helps compare how well different countries are doing in improving people's quality of life. A higher HDI indicates better living conditions and development, while a lower one suggests there’s room for improvement in areas like healthcare, education, and economic stability.
