Glass production

Glass production involves melting raw materials like silica sand, soda ash, and limestone at high temperatures (around 1700°C) until they become molten. This liquid glass is then shaped by blowing, pressing, or pouring into molds, depending on its intended use. As it cools, it hardens into a solid, transparent material. Additives can be included to enhance properties such as color, strength, or thermal resistance. The process requires precise control of temperature and environment to produce uniform, high-quality glass used in windows, containers, and many other products.
