Giuseppe Saragat

Giuseppe Saragat was an Italian politician who served as Italy's President from 1964 to 1971. Before that, he was a prominent government minister and a key figure in Italy’s post-World War II reconstruction. Originally a socialist, he helped establish Italy’s center-left political movement by founding the Italian Democratic Socialist Party.
