
George Dimitrov
George Dimitrov was a Bulgarian communist leader and revolutionary active in the early 20th century. He played a key role in organizing the Bulgarian Workers' Party and later became its Secretary. Known for his oratory skills, he worked to unite various leftist groups and led Bulgaria during a complex period of political upheaval. Dimitrov is also recognized internationally for his role at the Leipzig Trial in 1933, where he defended himself and other defendants against Nazi accusations, gaining recognition for his articulate defense and anti-fascist stance.
