Generalitat Valenciana

The Generalitat Valenciana is the government institution that manages the autonomous community of Valencia in Spain. It has its own parliament, called the Corts Valencianes, and executive leadership, led by the President of the Generalitat. The Generalitat oversees regional policies, education, health, culture, and public services, operating within the framework of Spain’s national constitution. It also promotes the Valencian language and culture. Essentially, it functions as the regional government, handling local governance and regional interests while remaining part of the broader Spanish state.
