Gautam Buddha
Gautam Buddha, also known as Siddhartha Gautama, was a spiritual leader and founder of Buddhism who lived around the 5th to 6th century BCE in India. He sought to understand human suffering and discover a way to overcome it. Through meditation and self-awareness, he taught that suffering arises from desire and attachment, and that enlightenment—called Nirvana—can be achieved by following the Middle Way, ethical conduct, and mindfulness. His teachings emphasize compassion, wisdom, and understanding of the nature of life, inspiring millions to pursue inner peace and awakening.
