Gardner's Syndrome

Gardner's syndrome is a rare genetic disorder that increases the risk of developing various types of growths and tumors, both benign and cancerous. It is characterized by the presence of multiple intestinal polyps, usually in the colon, along with skin and soft tissue tumors, and often multiple benign growths like cysts or fibromas. People with this condition may also develop dental abnormalities and certain eye issues. Because of the high risk of colon cancer, regular medical screenings and early intervention are important for managing the condition and preventing serious complications.
