In 2020, Future Retail’s assets were acquired by Reliance Industries through a court-approved deal, leading to the winding down of its operations. Today, Future Retail’s brand and stores are largely integrated into Reliance’s retail ecosystem, reflecting evolving retail ownership and consolidation trends in India.
