Future Leaders Exchange Program

The Future Leaders Exchange (FLEX) Program is a cultural and educational exchange initiative that enables high school students from Eastern Europe and Eurasia to live in the United States for an academic year. Participants attend American high schools, stay with host families, and engage in community activities. The program aims to promote mutual understanding, leadership development, and cultural exchange, helping students gain new perspectives and skills while fostering international goodwill. FLEX is sponsored by the U.S. government and provides opportunities for young people to experience American society firsthand.
