FSSP (Priestly Fraternity of St. Peter)
The Priestly Fraternity of St. Peter (FSSP) is a Roman Catholic religious community of priests and seminarians founded in 1988. They are dedicated to maintaining and promoting the traditional Latin Mass (also called the Extraordinary Form of the Roman Rite) in accordance with the Latin liturgical heritage of the Church. The FSSP emphasizes reverence, orthodoxy, and adherence to the Church’s teachings and liturgical traditions. They serve in parishes, seminarians, and mission work worldwide, aiming to strengthen Catholic spiritual life through the public celebration of the traditional liturgy within the framework of church authority.
