
Frontier Gandhi (Khan Abdul Ghaffar Khan)
Frontier Gandhi, whose real name was Khan Abdul Ghaffar Khan, was a prominent Indian independence activist and spiritual leader from the North-West Frontier Province (now in Pakistan). Known as the "Frontier Gandhi" for his commitment to nonviolent resistance, he championed peace, tolerance, and social reform, advocating for the rights of Pashtuns and other marginalized groups. Inspired by Mahatma Gandhi’s principles, he worked to oppose British rule through nonviolent protests.
