Freytag's Pyramid
Freytag's Pyramid is a storytelling structure that maps the typical progression of a narrative. It consists of five parts: the exposition (introduction of characters and setting), the rising action (events leading to the main conflict), the climax (the story’s turning point or most intense moment), the falling action (events that follow the climax and start resolving the story), and the denouement or resolution (conclusion where conflicts are resolved). This model helps writers craft engaging stories with a clear, logical flow, guiding audiences through a satisfying and well-structured experience.
