Frequencies

Frequencies refer to how often a specific event or occurrence repeats within a given period. In science and technology, it typically describes the number of cycles or vibrations per second of a wave, such as sound or electromagnetic waves. Higher frequencies mean more cycles happen each second, resulting in different perceptions like higher-pitched sounds or different colors of light. Frequency is measured in units called Hertz (Hz). Understanding frequency helps in analyzing signals, sounds, and waves, making it fundamental in fields like telecommunications, music, and physics.
