Free Bahá'ís
Free Bahá'ís are individuals who identify with the teachings of the Bahá'í Faith but do not affiliate with the official Bahá'í World Community, which is governed by the Universal House of Justice. They may believe in the core principles of unity, peace, and justice as taught by Bahá'u'lláh, the founder of the faith, but reject the institutional authority of the governing body. This often arises from disagreements over interpretation of teachings, governance, or policies. As a result, Free Bahá'ís form independent communities, practicing their faith freely and advocating for Bahá'í principles in diverse ways.
