Fred West

Fred West was a British serial killer and sex offender active from the 1960s to the 1980s. Along with his wife, Rosemary West, he committed numerous murders, often targeting young women and girls. Their crimes involved kidnapping, torture, and murder, with some victims buried in their home and garden. Fred West’s criminal activities gained notoriety for their brutality and scale. He was arrested in 1994, convicted of multiple murders, and died by suicide in prison in 1995. His case remains one of the most infamously disturbing in the UK’s criminal history.
