Franz Schubert
Franz Schubert was an Austrian composer, born in 1797, known for his contributions to classical music, particularly in lieder (art songs), symphonies, and chamber music. He blended classical forms with romantic expressiveness, creating melodies that resonate emotionally. Despite his short life—he died at 31—Schubert composed over 600 songs, nine symphonies, and numerous piano works. His most famous pieces include "Ave Maria" and the "Unfinished Symphony."
